First check the connections from the antenna to the device (if applicable). If the connections are good, this typically means there is a hardware failure of either the GPS reciever or the modem itself. In this instance, take a known working antenna and connect it to the modem, if the problem is resolved, replace the defective antenna. If the problem is still occuring then the modem could be defective. Please contact the manufacturer to see if the modem is still under warranty.
